On the 10th and 11th of March, Dr. Lika Tsuladze attended the University of Zurich’s international conference Europe’s Geopolitical Future: Mapping Perspectives on EU Policy in its Eastern Neighborhood, where she presented a paper titled “Euro-Optimism Intertwined with Pragmatism in the Elite and Popular Discourses on Georgia’s Europeanization”. One of the conference’s aims was to assess the European Union’s “role, interests, goals, and opportunities in the geopolitically complicated environment of its Eastern Neighborhood (comprising Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, the Republic of Moldova and Ukraine).” More information is available here.
