Our podcast episode #9 brings an interview with Samuel Doveri Vesterbye, Director of the European Neighborhood Council (ENC), and Asuman Kübra Baş, ENC Project Manager. They guide us through their team’s research progress, addressing the latest analysis of how the Belgian media cover and represent issues related to the European Union (EU).
The ENC team has completed media analysis of Belgian discourses about the EU, and has embarked on research about elite perceptions and framing of the European project. These aspects are investigated through interviews with political and media actors in Belgium. The media analysis and interviews are crucial elements in MEDIATIZED EU’s mixed-methods research approach.
