Dr. Lia Tsuladze, Executive Director of the Center for Social Sciences and Associate Professor of Sociology at Tbilisi State University, published an article in September on Caucasus Survey, the Journal of the International Association for the Study of the Caucasus, titled “Euro-optimism Intertwined with Pragmatism: Elite and Popular Discourses on Georgia’s Europeanization through Q Methodology”. The research is based on an integration of Q methodology into in-depth interviews with political and intellectual elites and focus group discussions with citizens.
